The steep slopes of the existing garden at this property consisted largely of an uneven grass ‘lawn’ and a few tired plants. It offered little to the owners so they commissioned a designer to create a garden that all members of the family could use for relaxation and play. The garden has been transformed into a space with areas for relaxing and having fun. Millboard decking has been used to create a raised platform at the entrance to the house, a mid-level deck extending out over the area below, overlapping steps that lead from the lawn area to a sunken trampoline, and a sundeck on top of a new garden studio.Millboard’s Plas-Pro sub-frame components were used to ensure all the underlying structures will last as long as the decks they support. The garden is now the perfect space for relaxing and will stand the test of time.
